Deposit can refund?

Yes — it depends on the situation. Here’s our deposit and refund policy explained clearly:

  • Purpose of the deposit
    The deposit reserves your appointment time, helps cover pre-session prep, and confirms your commitment. It is applied to the final tattoo price.

  • Refundable situations

    • If we cancel the appointment (artist illness, emergency, or shop closure), your deposit will be fully refunded.

    • If you give us advanced notice and we can’t find an available alternative time that works for you, we’ll refund the deposit.

  • Non-refundable situations

    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations: deposits are non-refundable if you do not show up or cancel within the shop’s late-cancellation window.

    • Changing idea/size/style very close to the appointment that requires turning down other bookings: deposit may be withheld.

    • If you change your mind after custom design work has already been started and the artist has spent time on your design, part or all of the deposit may be retained.

  • Standard timing (example)

    • We typically require at least 72 hours notice to receive a full refund or to reschedule without losing your deposit. Less than 72 hours may result in deposit forfeiture. (If you need a different window, ask your artist — policies can vary by booking and artist.)

  • How refunds are processed
    Refunds are returned using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
